Set each 9000 card back to Run mode and the thumbwheels to 1, 2, 3, or 4.

9000-Specific Task

Procedure
This procedure applies only in cases where the MultiPro unit is not configured using
NMCS.
In the 6400 and 6800 chassis, each 9000 card is a line module, the top one being
number 1 and the bottom one being 3 for the 6400 and 8 for the 6800. One line
module is downloaded at a time.
1 Remove power from the 6400 or the 6800 chassis.
2 Set the thumbwheels to position 0 and set the Run/Config switches to Config for
all the 9000 cards in the chassis.
3 Connect the MultiPro unit’s Supervisory port of line module 1 to the serial port of
the PC.
4 Apply power to the chassis.
5 Type ICP on the PC with ICP.EXE installed.
Creating A Unit Configuration File
1 Create a download configuration number on the Main Menu screen. Beginning at
the Create Configuration field, assign a unique number.
2 Press F10 to access the Global Parameters screen. Program the listed parameters as
follows.
Configuration Title: [Task_Download suggested (no spaces allowed)]
Download Station Address:00
Com Port Speed: 38400
TXPORT Model: PDC9200
No. of Ports on Unit: 06
Firmware Version: 6.00 (revision of core firmware)
Network Unit No.: 000
Power Supply Serial No.: (optional, reference only)
Chassis Serial No.: (optional, reference only)
Console Password: (if necessary)
COM Port: (mandatory; PC COM port)
