110 CHAPTER 6: ASYNCHRONOUS HOST AND TERMINAL PROTOCOL PARAMETERS
Option G - Spool output
Setting this option enables the communications platform to accept messages from
the logical connection until the spool queue is full, after which additional messages
are refused. Each time transmission of a queued message starts, a new message
can be accepted. The actual capacity of the spool queue is two messages. In
practice, this is sufficient for preventing pauses in transmission between messages.
This feature is normally only used on printer ports. See page 175 for further
information.

Setting this option establishes this station as output only. See page 170 for further
information.
